Face the Fight is a coalition of corporations, foundations, government partners, non-profit and veteran-focused organizations committed to raising awareness and support for veteran suicide prevention.


To improve the quality of life of veterans, caregivers and children living with brain injury and their caregivers through community integration, education and advancement programs. Our population and focus is the veteran circle of life, the veteran and everyone that he/she relies on to live a sustainable life. By offering assisted devices, education and employment. outdoor activities. and hobbies.
TxSPC is a nonprofit that supports Texas communities to build suicide prevention capacity. Through establishing and maintaining local coalitions, we build capacity through resources, technical assistance and evidence-based practices. . The Collaborative has 3 lines of effort: 1. Steward a network for 140+ Texas organizations and communities to improve outcomes. We have three work groups: 1. Service Members, Veterans and Families, 2. Local Coalitions, 3. Higher Education Institutions, and 4. Statewide Partners. 2. Design, develop and manage training programs. 3. Provide technical assistance, convening, and other supports/services needed, including supporting the Governor's and Mayors Challenge Teams to Prevent Veteran Suicide.


The Fire Watch is Florida's fight to end veteran suicide. We are building a life-saving network of community members and organizations trained to identify the warning signs of veterans in crisis and to direct those veterans to the help they need. To date, no city, county, or state has systemically reduced its veteran suicide rate. Modeled after CPR, our effort is the first of its kind in the country.
The Headstrong Project is a non-profit mental health organization providing confidential, barrier-free, and stigma-free PTSD treatment to our veterans, service members, and family connected to their care. Our goal is to help our clients Triumph Over Trauma by providing them with effective mental health treatment. Headstrong's network of trauma-informed clinical partners provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient care to our clients.


The Mac Parkman Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of the impact of Repeated Head Impacts (RHI) and Repeated Blast Exposure (RBE) on the brain and mental health of youth, athletes, and veterans. We work to improve brain health through education, early diagnosis, innovative treatments, and advocacy, aiming to reduce the long-term effects of brain trauma, including mental illness and suicide. By engaging parents, medical and psychological professionals, researchers, sports and military communities, and policymakers, we strive to create safer environments, improve care, and promote brain health as a critical part of overall well-being.
To assist Special operation military spouses through the transition from a military family to a civilian family. Our focus is to guide the transitioning spouse by providing resources and networking, as well as provide holistic care for herself so she can properly care for her service member who is often disabled. SOC divorce rate and suicide rate is very high and climbing. Our mission and goal is to keep the marriage together.
We provide community support through animal-assisted activities and programs that provide emotional support at no cost to hospitalized patients, healthcare workers, veterans, first responders, and public school educators and students. Our most active program, Newfie Therapy, provides these animal-assisted activities with giant Newfoundland dogs, who, through their calm and affectionate disposition, naturally reduce stress, anxiety, and isolation.

The mission of The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, also called UT Health San Antonio, is to make lives better through excellence in education, research, health care and community engagement. The Veteran Spouse Network (VSN) facilitates a community of peer support for military and veteran spouses and committed partners, providing opportunities to engage and connect to helpful resources and a community of support. Veteran families rely on strong, supportive communities while facing their unique challenges.
Volunteers of America is a movement organized to reach and uplift all people and bring them to the knowledge and active service of God. Volunteers of America, illustrating the presence of God through all that we do, serves people and communities in need and creates opportunities for people to experience the joy of serving others. Volunteers of America measures its success in positive change in the lives of individuals and communities we serve.


From active service to retirement, the Warrior For Life Fund will support our Naval Special Warfare warriors by providing programs and infrastructure that help military families from all service branches cope with the unique challenges of combat, extended deployments, disabilities, and the long-lasting effects of war through the sports and community programs while ensuring the bond of their service remains unbroken.


The mission of the Women Veterans Interactive Foundation is to connect, engage, and empower women veterans with the tools and resources needed to achieve post-military success through financial assistance, workforce development resources, and community. Our population of focus is women veterans, and servicewomen, which includes their children.
