You have a purpose. You have meaning. Our country needs you after service.

Hope is such a powerful word.

All veterans need to tell their story.

We need to connect with one another.

We want to be there for you and your families, your friends, in any way we can to help you in your journey.

When you need to get outside of your own circumstances to help your pain ease, help someone else not knowing what they're going through in life and what their pain is.

There's people out there who care about you, who want to see you healthy and happy.

You need a community and you need others to get on the other side of this.

The word of thank you can save a life.

I know it can feel like you are alone, but the truth is you're not. Ask for help. It's a strong and powerful thing to do.

I'm an Air Force veteran and I just want to say give tomorrow a chance.

We're all part of a family. Never, never think you're alone. And don't be afraid to ask for help.

For those of you veterans, you should know there are systems of support that are working consistently for your benefit.
